We want you to love your Curly Night set. If something isn't right, here's exactly what we'll do about it — no hoops, no hassle.
Our 14-Day Curl Guarantee. If you follow the included application guide and aren't happy with your results within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. No return required.
Due to the nature of our supply model, we do not operate a standard return-to-warehouse process. You are not required to send items back to receive a resolution.
Instead, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with 'Replacement Request' and with your order number in the subject line, and a brief description of the issue to curlynightinfo@atomicmail.io. Where relevant, a photo(s) helps us resolve things faster.
Refunds
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
- Incorrect results due to not following the application instructions
- Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
